Last year we decided to replace all our very old siding, windows and doors. We received 3 estimates from different contractors and decided to go with Refuge Roofing for three main reasons:1. Cost - they were very competitively priced.2. - Knowledge - they not only came out completely prepared with options but helped educate us on our house and the reasons for replacing what they did.3. Service - Hands down the easiest process for a job this entailed!! We went through Josh and his team for all the siding, doors and windows and even though it was a different guy that did the windows and doors, Josh and team took care of everything. Wow! I usually don't take the time to write reviews because I usually see average work. Refuge Roofing has earned my endorsement and respect. From the initial meeting through the completed job, I was impressed by the communications, follow through and the quality of the work. The team was so respectful, and left our property in great shape. Even a second check the next day to make sure everything was perfect. The roof? Attention to detail all the way. They fixed areas to allow for better run off. They even painted the furnace vet and fireplace chimney so they fit in with the color scheme of the roof. These guys are the best!! Kevin Carlson was out here the first day on a Friday after the hail Storm. He went over in great detail with what was entailed of doing the job. I filed the claim on Friday evening with USAA Insurance. The Insurance Adjuster called me that evening and made an appointment and scheduled a meeting at the house at 7am Saturday morning. Kevin and the Adjuster were here at 645 am. When the inspection was finished and I have received approval for work to be done. Kevin and the entire Refuge Crew were here on that following Wed and completed the whole Job in less then 9 hours. I can not speak any higher of Kevin Carlson and the whole refuge roofing crew . I hired refuge roofing and my project manager was Kevin he did a wonderful job keeping me updated with the progress of my claim with the insurance company when the insurance company and adjusters got tough Kevin got tougher it was a pleasure working with them their crew was fantastic they cleaned up I think I found one little piece of felt paper after they were done and that was it but I would highly recommend them to take care of your your needs he also took care of three pieces of damage siding that I couldn’t get anyone to fix from the storm and didn’t even charge me

For me, customer service is so important. In so many industry's it seems customer service is a lost art. No one cares anymore. Refuge Roofing is different though. I wanted gutters on my home and was referred to Refuge by a friend. I intended to get 2-3 quotes but Kevin Carlson at Refuge came out and was so personable and so helpful that I decided I didn't care if I could save $50 with another company. I'll happily pay more for good service. Price was fair too, but for me the outstanding thing was amazing service. A+ Kevin. Thank you!

I worked with Josh at refuge and he really went above and beyond to take care of us. Had a tough time with our insurance company in the beginning but Josh was able to communicate with them and get us taken care of would recommend to anybody.

Very Happy, with the work done at my mom's house!! Kevin and the crew were excellent!! Very clean work area always cleaning up roof is a 10 beautiful. Mom didn't have to do anything! I'm having Kevin and his guys do my roof.If you want quality work done call Kevin at refuge roofing the Best!

Refuge roofing & Siding is the one to call. Ask for Kevin Graczyk, Very professional & polite. Kevin dealt with my ins adjuster the whole way threw. No stress for me. Hail damage claim. I now have a new roof on my home & shed. also new gutters. Job well done!!

This company is the BEST! I contacted Refuge Roofing this morning regarding our ice dam that we had on our roof. Josh called me and within 20 minutes he was at the front door looking at the roof with an estimate. He contacted his workers and they were all here within an hour working to remove the ice dam. I recommend this company. They will also be putting on our new roof this spring! GREAT JOB JOSH!!!

Josh is very personable and professional. He walked us through and explained each process of a hail damage insurance claim on three roofs. His team came one day and completed the entire job. They were very respectful in putting down tarps and cleaning up afterwards. Josh handled the permit and communications with the insurance company. He took the time, again, to stop by after the completion to answer any of our concerns. All in all, a terrific job and we are thrilled with our new roofs. Highly recommend Refuge Roofing and Siding to get the job done right and worry free.

Josh was awesome right from the beginning. We called him for a quote to replace our roof. He was headed our way when we called him and he said he would stop over that day. We got a very competitive quote while he was still at our house. We accepted the quote and he wrote up the contract while still at our home. His crew was top notch, they arrived early in the morning and were done with a total tear off and re- shingled our house by mid afternoon. Their draping all around the house and final clean up was superb. The dumpster was picked up the following morning.If you want a reliable team that shows up when promised, on time and does meticulous work, I would highly recommend Refuge Roofing and Siding!!!

Josh M. and his team at Refuge did an outstanding job. Josh spent time with us explaining the process, cost, and benefit of a new roof. Trusting Refuge with such a huge task was one of the best decisions we have ever made as homeowners. The crew that came to install the roof was respectful of our property and extremely skilled.
